At FilterTempMail ("we", "us", "our", "FilterTempMail"), your privacy is our priority. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect from users of our software as a service (SaaS) platform, how we use this information, and the steps we take to protect it. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide to us: When you sign up for our service, we collect your full name, company name (if applicable), email address, and other necessary information for creating your account.
- Payment Information: When you make a payment for our services, your payment information is processed and stored securely through Stripe, our third-party payment gateway. We do not directly store your credit card or bank account information.
2. How We Use Information
3. Our Commitment to Data Security
4. Email Processing and Storage
5. Bulk Disposable Email detection using a CSV file.
For our "Test CSV of emails" feature, we process only the email addresses that you upload in a CSV file. This is done to identify and filter out any disposable or temporary email addresses. No other data from the CSV file is processed or stored on our servers.
The CSV file you upload is read and processed on your client machine itself. Our algorithm identifies the email addresses from the CSV data and only those email addresses are sent to our server for further processing. The entire CSV file or other personal data, if any, is not sent to, processed, or stored on our servers.
The email addresses identified from your CSV file are sent to our server securely via an encrypted connection to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data.
The identified email addresses are scanned on our servers to check if they are disposable. Once the scanning process is complete, the results are immediately sent back to your client machine. We do not store or use the email addresses for any other purposes.
A new CSV file is created on your client machine with the results of the scanning process. This file is then made available for you to download directly from your browser. We do not process or store this file on our servers.
