FilterTempMail offers a software as a service (SaaS) platform that allows users to filter and discard temporary / disposable emails through our API or libraries & plugins available for various platforms.

Upon subscription, we provide every account with a unique access token to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this access token and ensuring that it is not disclosed to any third parties. You must immediately regenerate your token or notify us if you suspect that your token has been compromised or used without your permission.

If we detect that your token has been leaked publicly or our servers are receiving requests from an unusually large number of different IP addresses, we may restrict or ban your access to our API. We reserve the right to investigate any suspicion of misuse of our services and take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your account and/or reporting such activities to law enforcement authorities.

Payment for our services is facilitated through Stripe, our third-party payment gateway. Your use of these services is subject to the payment terms established by Stripe and your agreement with them.

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your right to access or use our services. We are not responsible for any loss or harm related to your inability to access or use our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FilterTempMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

Active subscriptions cannot be refunded. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to your subscription until then.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of India, in the city of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. You agree to waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
